There are many ways to go about training your team

Now that you’ve been promoted to lead your team, you ought to be aware of the likelihood there are a few folks you’ll be leading who wanted your post. They’ll be watching you closely.

One way to win them over is to take an interest in their career advancement and invest in them. Find out what incremental success looks like to them and help them achieve it. Send them articles or books and find funds to send them through formal training courses.

The more you invest in their career development, the more they in turn will invest in your success.
